A few words from me

I would like to thank everyone for their continued loyalty and support. Please know that I value your business and hope everyone understands that as an artist and service provider I have deemed it necessary to lay out and enforce certain policies and procedures. Especially the cancellation policy to ensure that everyone is able to get in for their desired service, time, and date. While I am empathetic to the fact that things can come up, as a small business owner I must enforce policies that protect my demand of time, business, and most importantly my guest’s time.

  • In order to book appointment with me, deposit is required. Deposit amount $100.

    I accept cash, credit card, Zelle or PayPal.

    100% deposits will be returned when the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before your appointment.

  • While I understand that unforeseen conflicts may arise, in order to successfully image my guests, I ask for a much notice as possible.

    Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled service will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit ($50).

    Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled service will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit ($100).

    As a courtesy, I make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. I will send the appointment reminder of your service one day prior to your appointment by email or/and by text message if I have your email or cell phone number on file. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform me if your contact information has changed.

  • "No show" clients will be charged 100% of the deposit.

  • Be on time to your appointment. Clients who are late will need to be flexible about what can be offered during their time window. With a late start, I might need to adjust your service to be able to provide the service on time for clients who have the appointment scheduled after yours.

    Guests who arrive 15 or more minutes late might not be serviced.

  • If you, or anyone you have come in contact with is currently awaiting results for a covid-19 test, feeling ill in any way, or think you have been exposed please let me know as soon as possible.

    I would appreciate the opportunity to offer your reservation time to another guest.

    Covid related rescheduling or cancelations will not be penalized...however, please do not take advantage of this policy.
