Building Confidence and Mastery Behind the Chair

A woman with styled brown hair, wearing a white top, black leather pants, and black high heels, is leaning on a black salon chair in a hair salon. She has multiple earrings and makeup, and is posing with her hand on her chin, looking directly at the camera. Behind her are two large framed photographs of women with styled hair.

Imagine walking into the salon every day with confidence, fully comfortable with your skills behind the chair. That’s the goal I want to help you reach through my education.

I know what it feels like to be held back by fear - whether it’s the fear of not achieving the right color or the fear of letting down a client. But I’m here to guide you through that fear, step by step. Soon, you’ll be at a point where formulating color is no longer a challenge, but a fun and passionate part of your craft.

I’ve walked this path myself, overcoming my own obstacles, and I know what finally made color theory click for me. Now, as a certified blonde specialist, I’m excited to share my tips and techniques to help you achieve the perfect blonde. Whether it's creating a dimensional, sun-kissed blonde or a more blended, seamless look, I’ll show you how my strategic foil placement technique can do it all - one placement covers every look you need.

But my approach goes beyond technique. As a certified life coach, I’ll help you turn your weaknesses into strengths. Together, we’ll work on transforming any insecurities into the very things that make you unique and strong behind the chair.

My Story: From Profession to Passion

Hairdresser styling a woman's blonde hair using a comb in a salon with white curtains in the background.

For over 20 years, I've been crafting beautiful color, cuts, and styles, blending precision with creativity. My love for this industry runs deep. It's been a part of my family for generations. My mom and grandmother were both hairstylists, but I initially took a different path. I earned a master's degree in marketing and management from AGH University of Science and Technology in Poland.

However, life had other plans. When my mom needed help in her salon, I began learning the craft and found my passion for hairdressing. After finishing beauty school in Poland, I moved to Chicago, where I continued my education through advanced classes, trainings, and seminars. I spent years working in salons and as an independent stylist before realizing that hairdressing was not just my profession, but my true calling.

In 2019, I made the decision to take my career to the next level. I applied for the Matrix Artist in Training Program and was chosen as one of only 50 out of 200 applicants. This program expanded my skills in color techniques, hair care, and personal growth, setting me on the path to becoming one of the most sought-after hairstylists and educators in the Chicago area.

Since then, I've continued to share my knowledge with stylists across the United States, teaching online classes, in-person education, and offering one-on-one mentorship. Locally in the Chicago area, I host hands-on classes and personalized mentoring for stylists ready to level up their skills and confidence.
